Booking Form
- Select which service you want on the Services page of the website.
- Follow the instructions on the Stripe payment page. You will be redirected here to the Booking page when the transaction is completed.
- Use the Google Calendar below to schedule your preferred appointment date and time.
- Click the yellow Intake Form button to complete the Intake Form. A form must be completed for each dog you are signing up.
- You will receive an email confirming your appointment selection.
- You will receive another confirmation email when appt. is approved by Zoomies 2 Go.
